It started as Nutri Box — and it was never only about food.

Nutri Fuel Foods began life as Nutri Box, in a home kitchen, with one simple passion: to help people. I've always believed food can heal — that what we put on our plate every day can keep us well long before anything else has to.

Alongside cooking, I work as a life and wellness coach. That's where I see the other half of the story. So many people struggle to like themselves, never mind love themselves — and it's showing up younger and younger. Only a handful of kids still play sport or spend real time outside. Parents are stretched thin, some working two jobs just to keep things going, and eating well and moving your body ends up last on a very long list.

I love working with people through exactly that: helping them find their way back to themselves, to carve out time for their own health, to move more and eat food that actually does something for them. I have a good team behind me to help wherever it's needed.

I also know getting help isn't cheap. That's why we keep our prices as fair as we possibly can while still making a living — this has to work for you, and it has to be sustainable for us.

All of us carry stories from our past. Let's write positive, healthy ones for our future — and let's help our children understand early how much eating well and moving matters.
