Cooked to order
Nothing sits on a shelf — we cook your meals after you order.
Flash-frozen
Blast-frozen the same day they're cooked, so nutrients and flavour lock in.
Delivered frozen
Your order arrives frozen within 7 days. Keep it in the freezer and heat when you need it.
Because every order is cooked fresh, meals are not kept in stock ready to ship — allow up to 7 days from order to delivery. Meals keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
