We cook fresh
Your meals are cooked in small batches in a certified kitchen. Every tray is weighed, sauced and sealed by hand — no mass production.

Blast-chilled and frozen at peak freshness so flavour and nutrients lock in. Meals stay perfect in your freezer for up to 3 months.

Delivered to your door
Every order is cooked fresh as it comes in, flash-frozen once it's ready, and delivered within 7 days across Mossel Bay and surrounds. Everything arrives insulated and cold.

Heat & fuel
Peel the film, microwave 3–4 minutes, eat. Full macro label on every tray so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.
